  • Franchise Development
    • Heights Wellness Retreat grants qualified applicants the opportunity to open Retreats and develop locations. Fill out the form on this page to start the application process or to ask any immediate questions you may have.
    • Massage and/or skincare industry experience is not necessary. Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking franchise owners who are energetic, financially stable team players with a desire to own their own business, a love for customer service and a good work ethic. Qualified candidates should have sales or retail experience and strong management skills working with hourly employees. Franchise candidates must have a net worth of $500,000 and a minimum liquidity of $200,000.
    • While we do not provide any direct or indirect financing, we work with third-party groups who can help with SBA financing through various lenders. Heights Wellness Retreat cannot guarantee your obligations, including your note or lease.
    • Heights Wellness Retreat s supports our new franchise partners with a five-week training program. The intensive training, taught online, in the classroom and in the Retreat space, covers all aspects of running a successful Heights Wellness Retreat business, including corporate culture, understanding services and products, Retreat operations, billing, cash management, opening and closing procedures, recruitment, staffing and marketing. We provide comprehensive support to you and your staff throughout the life of your franchise.
    • The timeline can vary depending on site selection and when your approved location is ready for construction to begin. On average, the Heights Wellness Retreat franchisee can expect to open 9-12 months after signing their franchise agreement. Actual construction generally takes 10-12 weeks, so the timeline is based on securing real estate and permitting, which we support throughout the process.
    • Profitability varies greatly depending on a number of factors, including number of members, capacity and operating costs, as well as the ability of the franchisee to manage and grow the business. Heights Wellness Retreat does not make any financial representation, guarantee or prediction regarding earnings. However, candidates will be provided with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which includes an Item 19 that provides more detailed information.
    • While Heights Wellness Retreat offers a variety of touchless therapies (i.e., cryotherapy, red light therapy, lymphatic drainage suit, infrared sauna, halotherapy, and more), the touchless therapy offering will vary based on many factors for a specific Retreat – competition, market demand, etc.
    • Many locations will convert in 2025 and 2026, all locations will be converted by year-end 2027.

      2. Franchise Support and Territory Review Call – Talk through business model details.
      3. FDD Review Call – Review the items within the FDD.
      4. Validation - Connect with current franchise owners.
      5. Meet the Team Day – Visit our Headquarters in San Antonio, TX, meet the team, and experience our culture.
      6. Decision Day Call – Get any final questions answered and gain final franchise ownership approval.
      7. Signing Day – Celebrate Heights Wellness Retreat franchise ownership!
    • While franchise owners spearhead their hiring at the local level, they are supported by technology, marketing initiatives and staffing partnerships at the national level. Franchise Business Coaches and Local Marketing Managers also support the development of the hiring strategy in partnership with the local franchise owner.
