With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning multiple industries, including over a decade in franchising, Andrea Hohermuth has been a driving force behind large-scale franchise growth and transformation. Her career foundation across diverse industries ultimately led her to franchising, where she has built a track record of scaling organizations through operational optimization, technology integration, and strategic change management.
Andrea’s franchise journey began in a technology leadership role at MaidPro, where she advanced to Chief Operating Officer and helped lead the brand through a private equity acquisition. She then played a key role in scaling the platform company Threshold Brands from three home services franchises to nine. Building on that momentum, Andrea went on to serve as President of FASTSIGNS International, one of the world’s leading franchises in signage and visual communications, where she led a large, complex system and supported a network of 750+franchise locations.
As Chief Transformation Officer, Andrea leads the brand’s evolution from Massage Heights to Heights Wellness Retreat, overseeing strategic process improvements, technology integration, and operational transformation. A champion of franchisee success, she brings a people-first mindset and a personal passion for wellness to every initiative, empowering owners with the tools, support, and partnership they need to navigate change, unlock potential, and build sustainable, long-term success together.
