She first joined the organization in 2014, building the financial infrastructure that supported Franchise Owner success and sustainable system growth. She went on to guide a roofing distribution company through a successful private equity transaction before returning to help power the brand's evolution from Massage Heights to Heights Wellness Retreat.
As Chief Financial Officer, Cecilia leads financial strategy, growth planning, and the disciplined execution behind them, making sure the brand is built to scale with clarity and confidence. She is also a Franchise Owner of The Gents Place, so she knows firsthand what drives success at the unit level. That perspective shapes how she builds the financial systems and tools that support Franchise Owners across the network.
