Our “Base Camp” Experience

Your thorough and intensive training is divided into five sections designed to teach you everything you need to know about owning and operating your location—no experience required. Here's an overview of what to expect:

• Camp 1: Your training begins with a high-level overview of our scalable business model. This two-day virtual training shows you the tools, resources and product partnerships that will help you drive your business and team member recruitment. Additionally, we will review the turn-key marketing campaigns and engagement plans to deploy your Grand Opening. 
• Camp 2: This camp is conducted online through our Learning Management Software (LMS). With over 40+ courses, you will take a deep dive into business operations and how to provide an enhanced customer experience that delivers everything guests need to feel elevated—and, of course, come back for more. 
• Camp 3: Get ready for field training, as this stage takes place onsite in San Antonio, TX. This five-day training immerses you in the daily operations of a thriving Retreat. You will learn the hands-on skills and streamlined operational processes that elevate the experience for Heights Wellness Retreat Franchise guests and members.
• Camp 4: Get ready to enhance your skills to prepare for a strong grand opening. In this portion of training, we want you to learn by doing. You will be given fully developed training plans and step-by-step instructions to conduct new hire training for your team, so they can deliver the Cloud 9 Experience at Heights Wellness Retreat Franchise. 
• Camp 5: Ready for your close-up? The final week of training takes place in your new location, where the Heights Wellness Retreat Franchise training team will work alongside you during your first days of operation. We’ll patiently guide you through the operation of your location, never missing an opportunity to coach you along the way.
