Average revenue figure based on 100 continuously open and operating Massage Heights retreats for 12-months or longer as of December 31, 2024 ("Franchised Retreats"), as published in Item 19 of our April 17, 2025, Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). As of December 31, 2024, there were 101 franchised MH Businesses and 1 company-owned MH Business in operation in the United States. Some outlets have sold/earned this amount.
